What you'll do

Lead a team of applied scientists in developing innovative AI-driven solutions.
Build and ship GenAI applications using the latest agentic frameworks to automate workflows.
Design models and agents to investigate anomalies across merchandising, supply chain, and store operations.
Research and integrate state-of-the-art techniques in LLMs, retrieval, classical ML, and mentor team members.
Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate problems into high-impact AI solutions.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience as an Applied Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer in high-scale production environments.
Deep expertise in core ML techniques including supervised learning, deep learning, time-series analysis, and causal inference.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluations, agent orchestration, and tool use.
Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in Python, distributed systems, ML pipelines, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring.
Experience working with large-scale data systems like Spark/Hive and cloud platforms including GCP or Azure.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor scientists and engineers, and set the technical direction for projects.
