They should also be proficient in Scala, Hadoop, and agile methodologies in a distributed environment, driving technical vision and influencing product roadmaps to enhance Walmart’s technology landscape for a seamless customer experience.

What we're looking for
8+ years of software development experience, preferably in retail using Java technologies.
5+ years of programming experience in architecting highly scalable and performing applications.
5+ years of experience with two or more open-source technologies (Kafka, Spark, Cassandra, Solr, Elastic).
4+ years of developing/architecting high transaction, high throughput systems.
3+ years of experience with highly scalable RESTful API/micro-services.
