As a Senior Data Scientist in the growth tech space, you will join a dynamic team at the intersection of software engineering, data science, and AI systems to build intelligent automation platforms. Your role involves partnering with business, product, and engineering teams to understand complex problems and rapidly prototype, design, implement, test, evaluate, deploy, and improve production-grade software solutions using agentic coding tools like MCP, A2A, and ADK. You will contribute to agent evaluation frameworks, ensure operational excellence in AI-driven systems, and foster knowledge sharing across the organization. Ideal candidates have expertise in agentic coding frameworks, experience with structured data and workflows, and a strong ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces while delivering practical outcomes.
Design and implement software solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.
Develop prototypes using agentic coding tools like MCP, A2A, and ADK to accelerate solution development.
Contribute to agent evaluation frameworks for measuring system quality and reliability in real-world scenarios.
Enhance AI-driven systems with observability features for debugging and traceability.
Improve multi-agent workflows through coordination, delegation, and dynamic task execution.
Shape practices for developing AI-native applications within the organization.
