What you'll do
Lead a team of Data Scientists and Engineers in developing backend software infrastructure for AI/ML solutions.
Inform and drive innovations in discovery experiences through Insights, frameworks, causal inference solutions, and ML prototypes.
Execute full project lifecycle from planning to deployment, including stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

What we're looking for
3+ years of applied machine learning experience with expertise in various algorithms like Collaborative Filtering, Matrix Factorization, etc.
Proficient in Python or other relevant programming languages and large-scale training techniques using data structures and algorithms.
Experience developing large-scale production systems and cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud).
Skilled in MLOps practices including documentation, testing, and source code control.
Leadership experience guiding a scrum team and collaborating with product managers on ML/AI solutions at scale.
