What you'll do

  • Implement inventory procedures and software tools for effective inventory management.

  • Monitor fleet scheduling, reporting, and budgeting to ensure operational readiness.
  • Conduct safety and compliance assessments and audits within the business unit.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs.
  • Execute best practices in transportation operations as per SOPs and support gap identification.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year experience supervising and developing managers/supervisors in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environments.
  • Experience managing workload, participating in hiring/promotion processes, and using Walmart logistics systems.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles including lifecycle planning and inventory procedures.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques for problem-solving and process improvement.
