What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day operations for U.S. Retirement Benefit Programs, including oversight of multiple systems.
  • Oversee funding and reconciliation between payroll systems and recordkeepers for retirement plans.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify issues and streamline processes in benefit programs.
  • Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS regulations by managing annual audits and required notices.
  • Draft and implement effective employee communications and educational materials for benefits.
  • Act as project manager for major benefit projects, including program implementations and upgrades.
  • Manage vendor relationships and provide strategic recommendations for benefit programs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with at least 12 years of benefits experience.
  • Strong program and vendor management skills with extensive knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and other employment laws.
  • Experience managing day-to-day operations for U.S. retirement benefit programs including 401(k), Deferred Comp, ESPP, and retiree health benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HRIS systems, and payroll concepts.
  • Ability to conduct regular audits, manage compliance, and provide training and guidance on benefit programs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with project management and cross-functional partnerships.
