Plaid’s Treasury team is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee and scale the company’s global treasury operations, including liquidity management, investment strategy execution, and banking infrastructure across multiple entities and currencies. This senior-level position involves daily cash positioning, fraud prevention, and managing intercompany funding strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in treasury roles within publicly traded fintech or tech companies, adept at building scalable systems using AI and automation tools. Key responsibilities include optimizing the investment portfolio, leading FX exposure management, and partnering closely with Accounting and Product teams to drive process improvements. Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and ACH/payment product infrastructure is preferred, as well as experience managing a corporate insurance program.

What you'll do
Own global treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity management.
Manage short- and long-term cash forecasting to improve accuracy and deliver insights.
Optimize investment portfolio in compliance with Plaid's policy for efficiency.
