What you'll do

  • Architect and oversee the end-to-end integration of learning technology stack including MapleLMS, LRS, and training simulators.
  • Lead vendor selection and implementation process for enterprise Learning Record Store (LRS).
  • Manage data architecture for xAPI-based simulator data to ensure accurate flow into LMS/LRS.
  • Design and maintain CMI5/xAPI statement structures for integrated systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop standardized processes for integrating future training simulators into the learning ecosystem.
  • Serve as technical point of contact for troubleshooting complex platform challenges and recommending improvements.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in technical roles focused on learning technologies.
  • Deep expertise with xAPI and CMI5 specifications, including statement design and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience managing Learning Record Stores (LRS) and their integration with LMS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Experience architecting integrations between LMS, LRS, HRIS, CRM using APIs.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Secret security clearance required.
