What you'll do

Lead a team of Threat Intelligence Security Analysts to track criminal threat actors and emerging trends.
Define vision and priorities for high-quality intelligence that drives customer protection and business impact.
Build and operationalize hybrid human + AI systems to enhance research, insights, and analytic quality.
Partner with engineering and product teams to translate intelligence into protections and strategic decisions.
Develop clear, actionable intelligence outputs for technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Doctorate in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) with 8+ years of experience in threat analysis and cybersecurity.
5+ years of people management experience leading large security teams.
Proven track record in tracking criminal threat actors and producing actionable intelligence.
Experience applying AI and automation to enhance analyst workflows and team effectiveness.
Strong ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences effectively.
Demonstrated success in building hybrid human + agentic intelligence teams.
Extensive network within the security community, including industry peers and agencies.
