What you'll do

Lead a team of Threat Intelligence Security Analysts to track criminal threats and produce actionable intelligence.
Define vision and priorities for high-quality intelligence that drives customer protection and business impact.
Build and operationalize hybrid human + agentic intelligence models using AI, automation, and workflow innovation.
Partner with engineering, product, security research teams to convert intelligence into protections and strategic decisions.
Develop clear, actionable intelligence outputs for technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in security and threat intelligence.
3+ years of experience managing large teams in security, intelligence, or related domains.
Experience tracking criminal threat actors and producing actionable intelligence.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional partnerships with engineering and product organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in applying AI, automation, and advanced tooling to enhance team effectiveness.
Strong track record of presenting at recognized security conferences and representing the organization externally.
Extensive network across intelligence partners, industry peers, and agencies involved in threat tracking.
