What you'll do

What we're looking for
7+ years of hands-on experience testing and qualifying thermo-fluid systems in data center cooling or related industries.
Strong practical knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer applied to test execution and data interpretation.
Proven ability to design, build, instrument, and commission custom thermo-fluid test stands with pumps, valves, and sensors.
Experience developing and executing structured test plans for performance and qualification testing.
Proficiency in PLC-based controls and automation for safe system operation and data acquisition.
Strong data analysis skills including sensor selection, calibration, and post-processing of test results.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues through hands-on testing and root-cause analysis.
