As the Programs Lead, Test Sites & Infrastructure, you will join a high-growth organization as a strategic partner to the Director of Test Sites, managing the full lifecycle of test sites and infrastructure projects from conception to decommissioning. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing strategic roadmaps, balancing resource allocation for growth plans, generating cost estimates, and overseeing relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. You will also manage space allocation across teams, ensuring compliance and security in a highly regulated environment. This role requires 8+ years of operational leadership experience in infrastructure development within technology or defense industries, expertise in construction methods and logistics, and strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Define and prioritize strategic roadmap for test sites and infrastructure.
Manage full lifecycle of test site development from requirements to decommissioning.
Generate accurate cost estimates and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Oversee relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for initiatives.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for efficiency.
Cultivate strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners.
What we're looking for
8+ years of progressive experience in operational leadership roles, focusing on physical infrastructure development and real estate portfolio management.
Expertise in logistics, facilities management, security compliance, and specialized operational environments within high-growth technology or defense industries.
Proven ability to design new production lines/factories from process mapping through collaboration with infrastructure partners.
Exceptional project and program management skills for large-scale initiatives, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Solid understanding of financial planning, detailed cost estimation, and financial reporting in complex operational environments.
In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, infrastructure design principles, and technical documentation interpretation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
