Programs Lead, Test Sites & Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize strategic roadmap for test sites and infrastructure.
• Manage full lifecycle of test site development from requirements to decommissioning.
• Generate accurate cost estimates and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Oversee relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for initiatives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for efficiency.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operational leadership roles with a focus on physical infrastructure development and real estate portfolio management.
• Expertise in logistics, facilities management, security compliance, and construction means and methods within complex operational environments.
• Proven ability to design new production lines or factories, collaborating with infrastructure design partners from process mapping through workstation design.
• Exceptional project and program management skills for large-scale initiatives, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, detailed cost estimation, and financial reporting, analyzing complex financial information effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred; Top Secret clearance required.
