Test and Evaluation Engineer

What you'll do

• Plan and execute full system level T&E for hardware and software.
• Conduct shore and sea-based tests at private and government-owned ranges.
• Provide technical guidance to the Field Operations team during testing.
• Implement processes for test documentation throughout development cycles.
• Work with program management to establish requirements and milestones.
• Oversee test data collection and perform initial analysis on system performance.
• Collaborate with external partners or customers during integration phases.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and testing.
• 7+ years as a lead test conductor for developmental maritime systems.
• Strong knowledge of Maritime operating rules and regulations.
• Proficient in Linux, command line interfaces, and software debugging.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
