  • Exceed quota expectations by delivering predictable, scalable revenue growth.

What we're looking for

  • Deep expertise in Hybrid Cloud, AI, Application Modernization, Security, Infrastructure, and Sustainability.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships with government decision-makers and acquisition leaders.
  • Strong track record of driving platform wins and exceeding revenue targets in complex federal environments.
  • Demonstrated success in developing joint account strategies with IBM Consulting, GSIs, ISVs, and cloud partners.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with CXO-level executives and senior acquisition officials.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying centers and structured procurement processes effectively.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring senior sellers and shaping next-generation leadership capability.
