- Champion the J&J MedTech Product Operating Model to drive iterative learning and transparency.
- Identify technology opportunities to improve business performance and patient outcomes using AI and analytics.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA Plan and Source modules to meet complex business requirements.
What we're looking for
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 8 years in SAP and 5 years in Life Sciences.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially Supply Chain Planning modules like MRP, Production Planning, and Scenario Modeling.
- Expertise in configuring SAP S/4HANA Plan and Source modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting issues within planning processes.
- Experience with Agile methodology and leadership of cross-functional self-organized teams.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
