What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end project management for data strategy initiatives and create clear roadmaps.
  • Coordinate multi-source data acquisition efforts including vendor negotiations and oversight.
  • Establish comprehensive data lineage documentation across Healthcare AI workflows.
  • Serve as primary coordination lead between U.S. and India-based teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Ensure all data activities comply with HIPAA, GDPR, PIPA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Design scalable workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery to support growth.
  • Own budgeting and financial planning for data acquisition contracts and cloud infrastructure.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience in data operations or related field
  • Proven ability to manage healthcare data projects with knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, PIPA
  • Strong coordination skills for cross-functional and global teams
  • Solid understanding of the full data lifecycle including acquisition, ingestion, validation
  • Experience managing project budgets and vendor contracts in technical environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and model training requirements
