What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.
  • Experience with developer products or open-source projects and distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to distill complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage programs from kickoff to launch, challenging norms and providing thought leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to drive internal process improvements and operate autonomously in a fast-changing environment.
