What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver advanced rotorcraft and complex systems.

Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
Identify key dependencies, trade-offs, and risks related to airborne sensor integration.
Coordinate and execute frequent test events from simulations to live flight demonstrations.
Proactively develop mitigation plans for potential technical and operational risks.

What we're looking for

B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant industry experience in engineering, systems integration, or technical program management.
Demonstrated experience executing program management for sophisticated hardware and software systems.
Strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements verification/validation for aerospace/defense.
Proven ability to deliver complex solutions in highly regulated environments like DoD.
Ability to inspire teams, build consensus, and influence without direct authority.
