As a Technical Project Manager at Oracle Health Government Services, you will join our mission-driven team to support Federal clients in modernizing their Electronic Health systems. What you'll do

  • Manage full lifecycle of interface development and deployment projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, internal teams, and federal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project.
  • Configure Rhapsody integration engine components for message routing.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT and project management
  • Hands-on expertise with HL7 standards, FHIR APIs, and DICOM integrations
  • Experience managing complex integration projects and coordinating technical resources
  • Knowledge of federal contracting rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and program management best practices
  • PMP certification preferred
  • US Citizenship required for security clearance
