We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team, responsible for delivering comprehensive technical training to customer technicians and Lam employees on complex electro/mechanical equipment and software systems. This role involves developing detailed lesson plans from engineering documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure course material accurately reflects current product features. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom lectures, hands-on lab sessions, and customer Fab visits to provide in-depth training on Lam Deposition systems. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, along with expertise in Lam Deposition tools and Sabre systems, and extensive teaching experience within the semiconductor industry.
