As a Technical Implementation Specialist on our Digital Banking team, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft web technologies to support the deployment and operational readiness of an Internet-based banking application. Your daily tasks will include installing and configuring applications with .NET, IIS, and Visual Studio, managing SQL Server databases, troubleshooting complex issues independently, and ensuring secure system operations compliant with data privacy laws. You will also collaborate closely with clients to understand infrastructure needs and develop client-facing documentation while working alongside development, QA, and operations teams to maintain end-to-end system reliability. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in the Microsoft stack, strong SQL Server skills, knowledge of web service technologies, and a solid understanding of data privacy laws. Experience in Digital Banking or FinTech is preferred, as well as familiarity with scripting tools like PowerShell and DevOps methodologies.

What you'll do
