What you'll do

  • Design and validate AI-powered creative workflows for image, video, and audio.

  • Integrate production workflows with asset management systems and publishing endpoints.
  • Embed governance and compliance into pipelines to ensure policy adherence.
  • Provide thought leadership by showcasing new AI-driven creative possibilities globally.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in production content creation (images, videos).
  • 2+ years integrating AI into content production and hands-on with visual diffusion workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI-driven creative pipelines for marketing or production teams.
  • Strong background in video generation/editing and practical experience with quality gates.
  • Ability to operate in a startup-like setting, leading rapid prototyping and iterative delivery.
  • Experience collaborating across creative, production, engineering, legal/policy teams.
