What you'll do

Define and maintain the roadmap for AI products that transform content creation and business processes.
Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing multi-disciplinary team to build agentic AI solutions.
Translate between business needs and technical realities when defining requirements and success criteria.
Guide technical direction by making informed product decisions about agents, workflows, and model selection.
Embed guardrails for IP, privacy, security, and bias into every AI product developed.
Drive adoption of AI solutions through training, support, and continuous iteration based on user feedback.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience shipping software products, with at least 5 years in technical product management.
Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Deep expertise in modern AI technologies, including agents, RAG, embeddings, and evaluation systems.
Demonstrated success in delivering production AI/ML products with measurable business impact.
Strong product craft skills: discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, and experimentation.
Experience navigating legal, ethical, and security implications of AI in enterprise environments.
