What you'll do

  • Prepares project plans and drives projects from conception to implementation.
  • Manages project schedules using tools like reports, tracking charts, and software.
  • Coordinates resources to meet on-time and budget performance objectives.
  • Drives cost schedule performance for internal and external customers/vendors.
  • Provides technical input and expertise to multifunctional design teams.
  • Identifies and resolves complex engineering issues related to serviceability, manufacturability, etc.
  • Leads system-level architecture development including concept generation and down-selection.

What we're looking for

  • BS or MS in Engineering with at least 5 years of High Tech industry experience (Semiconductor preferred)
  • Lead architecture and design of complex cross-disciplinary systems involving multiple engineering disciplines
  • Define and document system architectures, interfaces, and subsystem specifications using rigorous analysis
  • Provide technical leadership on component and subsystem design choices to ensure optimal solutions
  • Support system integration activities including assembly, testing, and final product release
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
