What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 8 years of related work experience, or higher degrees with fewer years of experience.
  • Direct experience leading technical teams in simulation analysis, systems engineering, or algorithm evaluation.
  • Practical experience with Verification and Validation (V&V) methodologies and simulation anchoring/benchmarking.
  • Experience with data analysis and scientific programming/scripting languages like Python, MATLAB, R, or C++.
  • Familiarity with warfighter simulation frameworks such as MDASim, MDST, AFSIM, EADSIM, JCATS, WarpIV, SPEEDES, or equivalent DoD environments.
  • Self-motivated and able to mentor junior analysts in a dynamic team environment.
