Join Lockheed Martin's Missiles & Fire Control division as a Systems Integration and Test Senior Engineer, where you will generate and execute comprehensive test plans for sub-system and system levels, support the setup of necessary equipment and facilities, and conduct Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Testing. You will also investigate failures, resolve anomalies, and provide engineering evaluations for redesigns or upgrades to existing missile systems. This role requires a strong background in Electrical Engineering with experience in technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and formal development/qualification processes. Familiarity with data bus standards like MIL-STD-1553 and 1760, as well as proficiency in tools such as MATLAB or Python for data analysis, is essential. Travel up to 30% domestically may be required to support program test events and meetings.

What you'll do

Generate and execute sub-system and system level integration and test plans.
Prepare and support test equipment for various testing environments.
Conduct Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including ESS and EMI.
Investigate failures and resolve hardware, software, and test equipment issues.
Evaluate redesigns or upgrades to existing missile systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer) or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical planning, system integration, verification/validation, and formal development/qualification/certification.
Active Secret clearance required.
Experience with laboratory, ground, and flight test activities on military products/platforms.
Proficient in developing test plans, procedures, and reports for complex electrical systems.
Ability to travel up to 30% domestically to support program test events and meetings.
