What you'll do

Lead the development of test plans and procedures for NGI missile transportation, emplacement, and launch.
Coordinate daily readiness and testing activities across internal and external teams for NGI systems.
Conduct certified test procedures to ensure accurate execution from initial build through final production.
Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports to validate system performance and functionality.
Ensure compliance with Test Engineering principles, including safety protocols and command media operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 6 years of engineering, system integration, or test & evaluation experience.
Familiarity with testing and problem-solving for integrated systems.
US Citizen with current Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
Experience leading technical teams and conducting certified test procedures.
Excellent technical writing, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Active Secret clearance.
