As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Common Stim team, you will serve as the technical liaison between simulation lab teams and external hardware suppliers to ensure that multi-spectral stimulator systems meet program requirements. Your responsibilities include procuring subsystems for Electronic Warfare, RADAR, Communication, Navigation & Interrogation, and EO/IR, developing clear specifications for suppliers based on laboratory needs, managing requirement changes, supporting system integration in hardware-in-the-loop environments, and planning component obsolescence.
