Join our Model-Based Systems Engineering team as a Systems Engineer, contributing to the development of advanced autonomous airpower systems. You will interface with stakeholders and develop critical engineering artifacts that support product development and sustainment across kinetic and non-kinetic effects. Your role involves ensuring the completeness and accuracy of these artifacts while participating in the strategic planning for Digital and Systems Engineering. Ideal candidates have a B.S., 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, and expertise in aerodynamics, propulsion principles, guidance systems, threat analysis, and weapon system integration processes. Familiarity with computational fluid dynamics, control system design, reliability prediction techniques, and mission modeling is preferred. This role requires a Top Secret clearance and proficiency in relevant engineering tools and methodologies.

What we're looking for

  • B.S. degree and 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the lifecycle.
  • Understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion principles, guidance, navigation, and control systems for missile systems.
  • Familiarity with threat analysis in weapon system design and weapon systems integration processes.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required.
  • Experience developing Model Based Systems Engineering artifacts for product development and sustainment.
