What you'll do
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of new lab capabilities and maintenance of existing assets.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers and support staff across multiple program statements of work (SOWs).
- Ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance for lab capital projects and facilities initiatives.
- Drive compliance with company, program, and security requirements during the test lifecycle.
- Implement test automation using industry-standard frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience in project management, program management, engineering, test, capture efforts, or business management.
- Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Techniques (EVMS), Control Account Management (CAM), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and cost-schedule-risk trade off management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period as determined by the company.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions within cost and schedule constraints across various phases of the engineering lifecycle.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field, with an active DoD Top Secret SCI clearance preferred.
- Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance preferred.
