What we're looking for

- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex technical solutions under cost and schedule constraints.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management Techniques, Control Account Management, Integrated Master Schedules, Basis of Estimates, and cost-schedule-risk trade-off management.
- Expertise in managing the design, development, and implementation of new lab capabilities and operations.
