What you'll do

  • Lead the development and sustainment of a holistic Support System for maritime products.
  • Hire and develop a multi-disciplinary team to provide world-class training and support.

  • Manage infrastructure requirements for maintenance depots, test sites, and more.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for customer training and train-the-trainer curriculum.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in logistics, support, maintenance, and training management roles for maritime systems.
  • Experience working on maritime craft and understanding the requirements to support robotic systems at sea.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable and empower team members effectively.
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.
