Bonus points for hands-on delivery experience, exposure to ALM-PLM convergence, DevSecOps, and managed services in large-scale engineering contexts.

  • Support sales pursuits by shaping SDV solution architectures and value propositions.
  • Lead technical and functional outcomes for SDV engagements across multiple workstreams.
  • Translate client objectives into comprehensive end-to-end SDV solutions.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering and IT leaders throughout solution design.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in consulting or engineering roles within automotive or mobility sectors.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution shaping and delivery leadership for large, complex projects.
  • Strong domain expertise in Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and digital engineering practices.
  • Extensive experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or mobility ecosystem players.
  • Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end SDV programs from design through industrialization.
  • Proven ability to bridge sales, architecture, and delivery functions effectively.
