Substation Engineer

What you'll do

• Applies entry-level engineering knowledge to solve well-defined problems.
• Coordinates routine engineering tasks with guidance from senior engineers.
• Provides input for project planning documents and scheduling techniques.
• Actively seeks information on problem-solving techniques in area of responsibility.
• Assists in preparing reports and technical papers related to projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Entry-level knowledge and experience in applying engineering theory to solve problems.
• Good working knowledge of utility operations processes and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time effectively, demonstrate organizational skills, and pay attention to detail.
• Basic technical knowledge related to writing and verbal communication.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
