What you'll do
Own the AIX strategy and roadmap for all of SBT, identifying AI-driven productivity gains across disciplines.
Lead the deployment of AWS Bedrock-backed tools for all SBT staff to enable business users without deep technical skills.
Identify and eliminate developer friction through a listening-first approach, focusing on feedback loops, flow state, and cognitive load.
Establish and maintain SLOs/SLAs across critical services, driving data-driven prioritization of reliability investments.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences to influence leadership decisions.
What we're looking for
8+ years leading technology initiatives driving business outcomes and 5+ years managing people
Proven ability to bridge technical teams with non-technical business users in large organizations
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and deploying AI tools within SaaS platforms
Expertise in identifying, measuring, and reducing developer friction using productivity measurement frameworks
Strong background in observability, monitoring, and defining SLOs/SLAs in production environments
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical audiences
