As Oracle’s Field CTO for Healthcare, you will serve as the senior technical authority for healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations, guiding them through complex modernization initiatives involving clinical, operational, financial, and research domains. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive-level technology discussions, crafting comprehensive narratives for large-scale deals, and designing AI-enabled analytics platforms that unify diverse data sources. You will work closely with Oracle’s sales teams, solution architects, and consulting partners to align technical architecture with business outcomes, ensuring a cohesive One-Oracle approach across all solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise technology leadership within healthcare environments, deep knowledge of cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI, and the ability to influence product roadmaps based on real-world customer demands.

What you'll do
Lead executive-level technology discussions on enterprise modernization, AI adoption, data strategy, and cloud transformation.
Define multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with clinical outcomes, cost containment, regulatory compliance, and innovation velocity.
Act as the technical authority in complex RFPs, strategic pursuits, and outcome-based engagements for large-scale deals.
Guide customers in designing health data fabrics, AI-enabled analytics, and real-world data platforms unifying various types of data.
Architect end-to-end Oracle solutions spanning clinical platforms, healthcare AI & Data Platforms, Fusion Cloud Applications, and OCI services.
Partner with engineering to influence product roadmap based on customer demands for healthcare and life sciences technology.
What we're looking for
Over 15 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership within healthcare, life sciences, or payer environments.
Proven track record as a Chief Architect, Enterprise Architect, CTO, Distinguished Engineer, or senior technical executive in customer-facing roles.
Deep expertise in healthcare provider and payer operations, clinical workflows, claims, revenue cycle, regulatory frameworks, and life sciences research.
Strong background in cloud platforms, data architecture, analytics, and AI, translating technical depth into business value for executives.
Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-portfolio technology initiatives across multiple domains.
Experience with Oracle Health, OCI, Fusion Applications, Analytics, and AI platforms preferred.
