What you'll do

Maintain clear communications on key decisions, status, and risks to ensure accountability and timeline management.
Drive process improvements and find new ways of operating focused on simplification and productivity.

What we're looking for

10+ years of software development experience with at least 7 years as a TPM.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience scaling self to handle high scrutiny from C-suite executives on software projects.
Technical expertise in representing engineering decisions/solutions to other teams.
Demonstrated skill in working through ambiguity to deliver detailed solutions independently.
Knowledge of task management tools like Asana, Jira, or Airtable for project tracking.
Experience with machine learning and data science, including creating unique datasets and managing real-time pipeline architecture.
