What you'll do

  • Lead the team in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans for ADAS validation.
  • Identify testing gaps and propose solutions to enhance coverage across validation organizations.
  • Track software issues and drive improvements in upstream processes to ensure quality.
  • Design and manage new validation programs on open-loop, HIL, and SIL benches.
  • Train team members on analyzing test results and participating in data-driven initiatives.
  • Own the validation roadmap and deliver timely, high-quality results to internal customers.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in Black Box testing and software test automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer/Electrical/Embedded Systems Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, and Jenkins for automation.
  • Knowledge of System on Chip (SoC) SW and communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet.
  • Experience with compliance testing on open loop, HIL, and SIL benches.
  • Understanding of vehicle safety testing, diagnostics, cybersecurity, and OTA reprogramming.
  • Ability to independently investigate complex issues and apply new technologies for efficiency.
