What we're looking for
10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Senior SDET, or QA Automation Engineer
Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
Deep expertise in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, TestCafe
Proven ability to integrate AI-assisted tools into development and testing workflows
Solid understanding of CI/CD systems (GitLab Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical improvements across teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
