What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data systems supporting millions of users or high traffic volumes.
  • Strong familiarity with Kubernetes, Clojure, Datomic, or comparable technologies.
  • Background in Database Administrator, Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Software Engineer roles.
  • Proven ability to work in horizontal/platform teams building and operating shared infrastructure used by multiple product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for high-stress situations like production incidents.
