What we're looking for

8+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in frontend and backend infrastructure.
Proficiency in a modern compiled programming language (Java, Go, C#, C++, etc.) and TypeScript.
Experience designing and maintaining secure, scalable distributed systems in large codebases.
Strong understanding of AB testing and iterative product development methodologies.
Proven ability to partner with Product teams to design effective user experiences for SaaS applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a desire to mentor fellow engineers.
Curiosity, collaboration, empathy, and intellectual honesty in problem-solving and learning new technologies.
