What we're looking for

8+ years of professional experience with complex codebases
Expertise in full-stack development including REST API design
Proficiency in AI-native coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot
Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and front-end frameworks
Experience managing relational or NoSQL databases for performance optimization
Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
