The Staff Order-to-Cash Analyst role within Okta’s Technology Data and Intelligence (TDI) team requires a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions to optimize revenue recognition and order management processes. This position involves leading discovery sessions, translating complex business requirements into functional specifications, and configuring core functionalities such as performance obligation templates and allocation rules. Daily tasks include troubleshooting data flow issues across Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SavedSearch, and Report building, along with knowledge of IPaaS solutions like Boomi iPaaS. They must collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate O2C processes seamlessly with third-party systems and support financial audits while maintaining operational integrity.
Serve as primary expert for Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules.
Lead discovery sessions to gather complex business requirements and document functional specifications.
Design and maintain core functionalities of Zuora RevPro, including performance obligation templates and revenue treatments.
Troubleshoot data flow and integration errors across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other applications.
Ensure ASC 606 compliance by managing revenue recognition configurations in Zuora RevPro.
What we're looking for
8+ years experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Zuora RevPro and NetSuite O2C.
Extensive knowledge of Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) and Order-to-Cash processes, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite Order Management, Advanced Billing, Usage Billing, Subscription Billing, and Collection Management.
Ability to manage revenue recognition configurations in Zuora RevPro, ensuring ASC 606 compliance for Performance Obligations, SSP policies, allocation rules, etc.
Collaborative skills to work with Revenue Accounting, Billing & Collections, and Order Management teams to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
