What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT operations experience in a fast-paced technology-driven organization.
  • Strong troubleshooting and architectural expertise across enterprise systems, including VDI/CloudPC and SSO/Identity Management.
  • Proven ability to lead the delivery of technology programs and projects while balancing operational stability with innovation.
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles and understanding all phases of SDLC.
  • Adept at translating complex technical analysis into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills using data and analytics tools to influence product roadmaps and reduce downtime.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority and building strong partnerships.
