Broadcom's GTO team seeks a Staff AI Development Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI initiatives with core business units. This role involves architecting next-generation agentic pipelines and delivering production-grade AI solutions that support both hardware and software divisions. Daily tasks include designing sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, leading fullstack application development, mentoring the engineering team through design reviews, and implementing automation strategies to optimize data retrieval across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Generative AI applications, expertise with Python and modern fullstack languages, deep knowledge of vector databases and Kubernetes, and experience in CI/CD practices. This position requires leadership skills to influence architectural roadmaps and drive technology adoption within a large organization.
Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph.
Lead development of end-to-end applications bridging AI logic with high-performance systems.
Serve as a technical authority, conducting formal design reviews to advance team expertise.
Identify and implement emerging AI tools for automating repetitive workflows across the enterprise.
Work closely with infrastructure teams to deploy and monitor AI models in Kubernetes environments.
What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Generative AI applications.
Expert-level mastery in LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks and proficiency in Python.
Deep understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Strong programming skills in modern fullstack languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence architectural roadmaps within a diverse organization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like GitHub, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) for AI projects.
