Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Staff Agile Release Train (ART) Product Manager – Level 5 to join its Threat and Advanced Simulation Development team at Schriever Space Force Base. This role involves leading two software development teams and three threat missile simulation requirement teams, guiding the roadmap for software modernization and accelerating threat simulation capabilities. The ART Product Manager will develop requirements, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate with diverse user communities to deploy new features. Key responsibilities include managing an Agile environment using SAFe methodologies, overseeing the full SDLC, and delivering technical briefings to stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess a STEM degree, extensive experience in missile defense systems, and proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence, along with advanced knowledge of MBSE concepts and cloud-native architectures.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field with 12 years of related experience or equivalent advanced degrees and experience.
Active Secret clearance at time of application; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance required.
Minimum 2 years of specific experience with missile defense systems, threat missile modeling, or M&S domains.
Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams in software development and systems engineering.
Experience overseeing the full SDLC from design to deployment and sustainment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies, managing ART backlogs, and prioritizing work.
Excellent communication skills for delivering technical briefings to customers and stakeholders.
