  • Build automations and AI agents to handle routine program administration at scale.
  • Utilize AI platforms to consolidate diverse project streams into unified roadmaps and generate executive reporting dashboards.
  • Manage change to scope, timeline, key results/outcomes, and budget for security programs.
  • Maintain a project management framework using milestones, communication plans, decision logs, issues, risks, etc.
  • Navigate high ambiguity environments by implementing proactive risk-mitigation frameworks with AI insights.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management and cybersecurity
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, role-based access control, and IGA
  • Proven ability to create realistic project plans and manage dependencies effectively
  • Effective communication skills at various levels, including executive level
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools for automating routine tasks
  • Comfortable managing tight deadlines, changing priorities, and ambiguity in fast-moving environments
  • Strong competency with Confluence, Jira, and various development methodologies
