What you'll do

  • Lead privacy compliance efforts in partnership with legal and privacy teams.
  • Audit data quality and troubleshoot data flows using SQL and Python.
  • Operationalize Customer 360 on CDP and enable unified segmentation.
  • Design scalable operational processes to optimize global digital operations efficiency.
  • Perform quantitative analysis and modeling to execute optimization programs leveraging AI.
  • Serve as a thought leader in efficient and effective data operations practices.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in MarTech and Marketing Operations with a track record of leading technical initiatives.
  • Expert knowledge of technical integrations across the MarTech stack, including CDPs, CRMs, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Deep fluency in leveraging AI/ML for real-time data orchestration and predictive modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into detailed technical requirements using agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of global data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience operationalizing Customer 360 on CDPs and enabling unified segmentation.
