Sr. Systems and Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze support-related data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams to design, develop, and test new/enhanced products/services.
• Coordinate Federated Access onboarding connections adhering to NIST cybersecurity standards.
• Escalate and resolve critical complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of the product’s functionality.
• Maintain strong working relationships across multiple organizations to resolve complex customer issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for customers and internal staff regarding product-related information.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of IT process analyst experience in Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications and Azure Cloud Services.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple organizations for complex issue resolution.
• Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies and PMP principles.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of project coordination/facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST cybersecurity framework and SAML protocols.
• Effective communication skills in both English and non-native English speaking environments.
